Vers La Nuit is a poetic extrait de parfum composed in the spirit of French haute parfumerie and the discipline of today's ultra-niche perfume houses: intimate, textured, highly concentrated, and built to leave a memory rather than a simple trail.
Created for Mélange Poétique by perfumer Jorge Lee, Vers La Nuit interprets night as warmth, silence, and inner light. The fragrance opens with a luminous tension of bergamot, lemon, and natural mint. The mint is not used as a decorative freshness, but as a natural green vibration that cuts through the first darkness of the composition.
At the heart, rose, jasmine, and saffron create the emotional center of the perfume. Five different rose facets give the floral accord depth and movement, while jasmine sourced from Egypt brings a narcotic, luminous softness. Saffron, referenced through Iranian origin and olfactive tradition, adds a dry golden warmth that gives the fragrance its quiet intensity.
The base settles into sandalwood, amber, and dry woods: smooth, resinous, and architectural. On skin, Vers La Nuit becomes a warm nocturnal poem, refined rather than loud, sensual rather than obvious.
